Ingredients For Roasted Potatoes
Potatoes - Floury potatoes are best. Maries pipers, Yukon gold, etc.
Olive oil- used to add crunch to the potatoes and to give it a golden brown exterior.
Salt
Black pepper
All purpose flour

Other optional ingredients you can add are:
Garlic powder
Onion powder- seasonings used to season the potatoes.
Herbs (rosemary, parsley, thyme, basil)

How To Make Perfect Roasted Potatoes
Peel the skin off and cut the potatoes into about 2 inch sizes.
Add in a pot, add water to cover the potatoes over 2 inches, add salt and boil the potatoes for 6-8 minutes.
Don't cook the potatoes to fully done.
Drain in a colander, add all-purpose flour, shake the potatoes in the colander to give it rough edges then leave it to cool for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the olive oil on a baking tray and heat in the oven for 5 minutes then arrange the potatoes on it. Drizzle more olive oil on the potatoes then put the tray in the oven.
Bake for 35 minutes or until they are golden browned and crisp.
Bring out of the oven and serve.

To store leftovers, put in an airtight container or freezer bags, label, and store.
