It helps prevent constipation, cleanses the body of waste, boosts metabolism and aids digestion.
You can use combination of fruits in season or your favorite fruits.

For this orange strawberry water, you will need
Apple cider Vinegar (Optional)
How to Make Infused Water
Cut the strawberries in half, slice the oranges and pick the mint leaves.
In a bottle, pitcher, or jug, add water then add in the strawberries, orange, mint leaves, and Apple cider vinegar.
Cover the jug and leave the water to infuse for atleast 2 hours.
Drink and enjoy.

How long does it last for? It can last for up to 2 days in the fridge. Make sure you strain the water from the fruits before storing it for that long.
