Equipment

  • Non stick pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg

Instructions

  • Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
    In a separate bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients. Stir well.
  • Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold until smooth and let the batter sit for five minutes.
  • Pour the batter into a squeezable container. (If one is not available, get a clean bag or Ziploc baggie and cut a small hole in a corner.)
  • Heat up a nonstick pan then squeeze little dots of the batter onto the pan. Let it cook until you see bubbles on top of the pancakes then turn over to cook the other side.
  • Pack cooked pancakes on a plate, serve and enjoy.

Notes

Use skewer or spatula to turn the pancakes over to cook the other side.
Be careful not to overcrowd your pan so the pancakes don't end up sticking together. 
Don't squeeze out too much batter at a time.
